Having problems connecting to Brioche from the Roots Up on Teachable? Make sure you’ve followed these steps.
Once I’ve added you to the Bristol Ivy Teachable school, you’ll receive an email with this note in it. Once you click “confirm email”, you’ll be directed to the following page:
From here, you can add a password, update your name, et cetera. This will add you to MY school specifically, but won’t yet link you to Teachable as a whole.
Success! From here, I can go to the Brioche from the Roots Up course with no problem. I should now be able to access the course by clicking any direct links to it from email, or by visiting bristolivy.teachable.com. HOWEVER, any other links through Teachable won’t direct you here. For that, you need to link to an existing myTeachable account.
Go ahead and log yourself out of your Teachable account by clicking on the little figure on the top right. Once you’ve done that, log back in, and you should see the pop-up below.
Once you see this, you can select either of the two options and it should seamlessly link the two accounts. If you go back to the little figure on the top right and click “edit profile”, you should see the myTeachable icon.
This should mean you can navigate to the class from anyplace on Teachable. If you have any further problems, Teachable has an amazing support staff and should be able to sort you out!
